  1. Why are you worried about China - America has been at war continuously with at least one nation for the majority of the past 200+ years, not China. Face it, America are by far the greatest warmongers of the past 500 years.

It just means that of all the fighters in the past 500 years, none was better than Ali. What happened to the US in 1945 is irrelevant. I didn't say that it had ALWAYS been the greatest military power. It is palpably the most powerful military nation on the planet. It spends more than the entire military budget of every other nation on earth, including China. It has the most advanced technology. Your own beloved China is only just starting to use drones for fuck's sake; something than in one form or another, the US has been using for decades. Oh and "a nuke is a fucking nuke" is it? Very good Einstein. I think you'd better go back to school. There's a massive different between nuke yields, delivery systems, detection avoidance, range, and destructive capability. The nukes that obliterated Hiroshima and Nagasaki were toys compared to what the US has today. But even if they weren't, would you sooner face the nation that has 10 nukes pointed at you, or 1000? Would you sooner be a citizen in the country that has spent 30 years developing orbiting warhead neutralisation systems, or the country that has no such counter measures? To simply assert that any nuclear exchange equals planetary annihilation or mutually assured destruction is naïve, and shows a total lack of awareness of US offensive and defensive capabilities, to say nothing of politics and military tactics. All of which is irrelevant because I wasn't criticising CHINA - I was criticising America. Now, before you get all defensive for your backwards little nation, and lecture grown ups in future little man, I suggest you learn how to read, learn how to evaluate a proposition, and get YOUR facts straight.

  3. xin chen I'm NOT comparing a musket to a rifle. There has NEVER been a single power that had such extensive military reach or might as America has right now. It can literally decimate any part of the planet at the push of a button. It has bases across 70% of the globe. Think of any other empire - Roman, Islamic,  British, German in WW2 - and show me where they had close to that much power? Probably the Romans came closest, and they never reached the Americas, most of Asia, or most of Africa,. Don't fucking lecture me because your grasp of the English language is so poor that you don't understand a simple rhetorical statement. 15 other people clearly understood, - but you, the fucking grammar and vocabulary policeman of youtube - wants to lecture me (a professional writer for 25 years I might add) about how to write?
