  1. Scump is the perfect embodiment of the cancer that has ALWAYS existed at America's soul. As long as it allows black people to be second class citizens, rather than attempting to redress the consequences of centuries of injustice, America will always be sick. The fact that the oppressors are frequently employed by the police, who kill wit near impunity, is worse still.
