  48. A friend of mine played chess to a similarly high level, whereas I had not played since I was about 11 and I was a mediocre total amateur even then. He asked me to play him and I beat him. He was devastated and constantly kept pestering me for a rematch to restore his honor, but I refused because i know I'm no good at chess, but i was so bad I caught him out. My legend lives forever.
