  1. Immigration should be decided on 2 questions: "Is this person safe?" and "Will this person add economic value to the nation?". If the answer is no to either, then they should be denied entry. On some occasions, the second question can be replaced by "Is this person in need of a safe harbour?" The irony is, America's population will soon start falling, and then they'll be desperate for immigrants to maintain their warmongering economy. I hope by then that they will have harmed their reputation so badly that the world gives them the middle finger.
