@Eliphaser All you did is say "AI learns differently," and "people make money from AI." So what? The content is copyrighted, but the first rule of fair use is that your use must be transformative, which AI definitely is. Not that that matters, because no copyright infringement is occurring in the first place, any more that a robot would be infringing your copyright by listening to you sing, then singing a modified version back to you.

@Eliphaser If you know many composers, you'll know that accidentally coming up with tunes that already exist is a problem. Almost all human creativity is just the reconstituted fragments of prior creations.
