These guys are going to lose. If the quality of the arguments they're making in this video are what they're taking to court. Saying "Well if this was the case then it would be really bad" does not constitute a legal argument, simply an adolescent wish that the world was fair. Apple's relationship to its shareholders, with whom it has a written financial contract, and the DNC's with its supporters, with whom it simply has a charter are not at all comparable. A charter is nothing more than a voluntary code of conduct and has no more legal weight than a family's washing up or vaccuuming roster. I would love to see them nail thew DNC to the wall but I don't see what legal case they have.
