  2. I disagree. He's seen that Steve Bannon's case will not even be heard for 8 months, and he sees the Dem's crashing popularity and he is emboldened as he sees his prospects improving by the day.

  3. But he's not though is he Eileen. Quite the opposite. He's defiant, and the Dems have provoked such behaviour with their utter weakness. Garland is a joke, and right now, the most powerful person on the investigation appears to be the Republican. What a pitiful show of weakness.
