  1. Mixed feelings. The police have a justification for asking such questions, Freeman is just being an insulting smart ass. Nobody dislikes the abuse of police powers more than me, but he's shining a spotlight on legitimate means of enquiry. How about going after police corruption and the thin blue line rather than this low hanging fruit?
