If he can pay his bills dog walking, what's the problem?

@bonanimathambo8721 Who cares what his parents think? His parents could be meth addicts for all we know. And mayb ethey're super hard working, but in America, they could work hard all their lives and STILL be in poverty. Honestly, seeing through the falsehood that hard work brings success, is one of the big changes in the past few years. Entitled? You haven't even established that he cannot afford to support himself yet. But even let's assume that everything you've guessed at is true, there's nothing noble about working. Almost every person on the planet quit immediately if their needs and desires were met. There will come a time when work will no longer be an option and you'll HAVE to get out of that poor person mindset.

@bonanimathambo8721 You are the epitome of a person who only sees the world through the narrow lens of his own experience and then presumes to be judgemental of people who do not conform to that. You see all parents as noble heroes who have sacrificed everything for their kids. What about the abusive parents? What about the neglectful ones? What about the ones who placed their kids in the hand of Catholic predators? I think good parenting is EVERYTHING for the future of this planet. Maybe this guy's parents WANTED him to have the freedom to become a dog walker because his happiness was more important than his gratitude or conformity. It's a shame that YOUR parents failed to give you empathy and tolerance of other lifestyles. We're done.

@bonanimathambo8721 It's ironic that you imply HE is a basement dwelling mummy's boy, yet you are the one who thinks that he should care about their opinion at the age of 30.

@bonanimathambo8721 There is an age when a thoughtful person realises that their parents are just people - not superhumans to be worshipped and trusted unquestioningly. For most people, that age is around the early teens when kids start to think for themselves and become rebellious. Then maybe in their twenties they realise that not everything their parents said was bullshit, and their relationship with them strengthens again. Then later still, they realise that seeking the approval of others - even their parents - is a fool's game because everybody is so flawed. The only person whose approval matters is your own and maybe your partner's. One of the best things any man can be in my opinion, is a fantastic father to his kids.
