  1. When so much of your relationship with an agent is based upon persoanlity interaction, I completely understand the justification. Black culture and verbal expression is frequently very different to white culture, and even non racists are very reasonably uncomfortable with it. Let's not try to guilt them for something we all feel around very different cultures. Also, I'm not feeling much sympathy for an agent for just made 50 milllion off a single player.

  2.  @CandyApple839  Black athletes live and operate in a predominantly white culture already. The ratio of black to white agents is low. I never said for a second that black players should only sign with black agents. Nor do I doubt for one second that there is some degree of racism involved. But at the same time, to accuse them ALL of racism would be an injustice when other factors explain it well. "Do not ascribe to malice, that which can be explained by stupidity."
