Speaking as someone whose housing estate has been drowned in dog shit from unleashed animals the past few years, I'm not without sympathy. I can't walk to the local store or go for a run without seeing half a dozen giant turds on the sidewalk. But trying to get the dog killed? She's lucky no-one punched her in the face.

@PHlophe Try living with it for a few years Mother Theresa. Lights out, treading in shit because people are too lazy to walk their dogs literally 2 minutes to the woods. Easy to dismiss when it's not you.
