Obama was ABSOLUTELY responsible. He never forced through Merrick Garland. He backed dishonest Hillary. He took the threat from Trump too lightly. He never understood what a shithead Trump was when he ridiculed him. Then he just fucked off and washed his hands. He was a weak milquetoast president and an appalling ex president. Too fearful of conflict.
