  1. I fail to see how not imprisoning him would be justice. Why should he he live a full, rich, healthy, happy life and end up with a slap on the wrist simply for avoiding capture all this time? His efforts to avoid capture literally made things worse for his victims. Does their suffering diminish simply because he's old, or do they live with a sense of violation until the day they die?
