  1. Gamergate is based on a naïve belief that ANYTHING you read in the reviews media is impartial. When this has blown over, and the industry has briefly done its 5 minutes of reform, things will go back to being exactly how they were before because it suits everyone except the readers to do it this way. And the vast majority of readers either don't give a damn, or have always viewed reviews with justified scepticism.

  2. People need to keep their noses out of other people's private lives. Christians are the worst for this, ignoring the bible verse, "Let he who is without sin, cast the first stone."
