  1. I didn't find this guy particularly convincing. Modesty is one thing, but saying "I think, I think, I think," or "I feel" is not the kind of comments I want from someone who supposedly knows his stuff, and this is the whole problem surrounding dietary research - all opinions - constantly changing - and insuffucient trusworthy facts.

  2. Sorry, but I'm gonna go with the expertise of thew world's dieticians on this one rather than the feeling of a single individual. Maybe you felt healthy IN SPITE of the lack of B12?
