  1. Louis, what about all the adults who stared smoking? Apparently adults can't make intelligent informed choices either. I despise the way that Britain and even more so America, wants to control the lives of people until they're 25% of the way through their lives. The reason kids are dumb and immature is because they are given no responsibility until they're out of their teens. In countries, such as India, where kids are given responsibility even before their teens, they are far more mature.
