  1. What a disappointing interview David. You gave him virtually no chance to expound upon actual anti-aging technologies, sidelined him on one area that has no impact - calorie control, and simply brought your own irrelevancies. Why have a guest as well versed if you're not going to seek HIS ideas. Spend more time asking open-ended questions and less trying to inject your own supposed knowledge into the conversation.

  2. Don't be foolish.. I was quite CLEARLY not complaining for the sake of complaining. I articulated specific shortfalls in this interview. If I have to know this man's work in advance, and even knowing that, the interview barely touches upon it, then what the hell is the point of the interview?

  3. Given that the title of this video is "Will humans cure aging?" wasting five minutes discussing an avenue that will NOT contribute to any cure is pointless. If the piece was "Will we ever travel faster than light", and then they wasted ten minutes talking about electric golf carts, I'd find it equally irritating. Given the wealth of interesting avenues forwards this could have followed, I find it implausible that Aubrey requested the opportunity to decry the theories of others rather than championing his own avenues, and frankly even he seemed somewhat surprised by the abrupt conclusion to the interview.

  4. Hmmm, I appreciate that the precise details of the subject are likely above all of our heads, but I'm sure that there were a wealth of areas that could have been discussed in layman's terms. Had David asked more open ended questions rather than trying to inject his own ignorance into the conversation, Aubrey could have made this more informative. I felt that David was simply waiting for his opportunity to speak, rather than actually listening.
