  1. Maybe don't call when you're stoned Tommy. As for war crimes - if a president breaks international conventions or US rule of law, then he should be tried for war crimes. Obama perpetuated Guantonomo and for that reason alone should probably face repercussions. The fact that the US opts out of international military conventions in order to avoid being held accountable should be a matter of shame, but unfortunately, when even intellects like David justify this behaviour, there's not much hope.
