The problem David, is that as a person whose copyright is REGULARLY infringed to the cost of tens of thousands of dollars, in a single day, I can lose 90% of the revenue on my content by infringement. There needs to be faster review, and companies should have to be registered in order to issue strikes and take downs, but when I issue one, it needs to happen IMMEDIATELY or the revenue is already lost.
