  2. You don't negotiate with children. You instruct them or they grow up thinking THEY are in control of the household. This little girl is cute, but clearly irrational. Five minutes time she'll be winging that she has to do the chores alone. Children are emotion driven. If you capitulate to their whims for convenience, you end up raising monsters.
