I can feel my arteries screaming in terror but it looks delicious. I never spice my chicken, but this looks exactly how I like it. Would go nicely with a traditional sunday dinner if not for the cost of 7000 pounds of butter!

@Pandaemiation I eat it with baked beans and brussel sprouts and I like to taste them. Also, I don't really much liked spiced food.

@voluntaryismistheanswer I use sunflower oil for all cooking. Frankly, what's bad for you changes day by day. I remember when eggs milk and butter were all good for you, then all bad, and now they're all back in favour again. Harvard recommends 10% of your daily energy intake from linoleic oils, so I'll go with their advice, bu thanks for the thought. The laws of physics may not change, but digestive fluids change oils.
