  2. My mother [may she rest in peace] was always hostile to Gisnep content (apart from s couple of exceptions, such as the Herbie films and Bedknobs & Broomsticks ). I always put it down to her adversion to [what often was] twee, saccharin'ish American cinema... seems she in fact sensed something far worse about it. The sooner they go bankrupt and get broken up, the better 🙂 .
