Correction: De-industrialization started in the 1960's under Harold Wilson. The latter turd closed / axed / sabotaged any chance of success for more industry and infrastructure in his first term alone, than Thatcher & Major combined . Back in the early- 1950's by contrast, the country was industrially rebounding from WWII (shipbuilding for instance was outperforming the USA on price), and we were spending at least 11% of GDP on defence per year. We weren't just building a new Jerusalem in England, but a new Sparta as well. Couldn't be more of a stark contrast to today.

More like 7 feet for the Coof; and 7 miles from NPC's.

Trust Mr Burns to come up with the best curveball response to leftie bots XD
22
@stelmaria-mx ...and his unelected foriegn secretary, David Cameron 🤢
18
Thus it is our job, to destroy them first. #PinochetWasRight
18
God bless Sargon; lord of Kekkistan.
16
I diagnose you with eco-marxism. Go to bedlam.
14
No Lives Matter :D
14
I'm already determined to never let my future kids anywhere near a state school. Vile places that only exist because the trade unions in the '60's wanted more power over kids.
13
@scottydog9997 Not nessesarily. The kid is in of itself innocent until proven otherwise by its own actions, once no longer a minor. The "parent" though; they should face the full concequences of their actions. (Adoption after all has always been an option, as have there always been couples wanting children but medically unable to have any)
12
Not impossible; but clearly a decade or so late by any measure, and less likely to happen without complications.
12
Yup. That's Entrapment , which is illegal.
10
Wholly agree. As a chap I certainly find ladies with a balanced diet the most appealing :D .
10
Or a low yield explosive: put it between the man & the smaller character in the statue: would finally seperate the latter from its perpetual suffering, and "disarm" the former forever :D

Amen. My Grandmother certainly made it clear at various points in time as to her desire to be a great grandmother thrice over (illness took her from us before I could make it so though). As a man I've always known what is expected of me, and that is to settle down and start a family as soon as possible.
9
Though a guy I can relate on the accident point. Being in a road accident at 29 (broken leg in two places) and having to relearn to walk was brutal. It torpedoed my ability to serve in the army again, but also brought a realization as to what was most important to me; having a family, and to hopefully ensure my offspring make better choices as teenagers & young adults than I did.
9
@alkestos They already don't. I didn't even know about Barbary Pirates or slavery in Africa (besides that of antiquity) until I had web access; as school & TV were all crickets upon such details.
9
^ Nope: it's the end goal of anarchism. Marxism's claimed goal is a strawman, like that of most religions. (Marxism's actual end-goal is a psuedo fuedal dictatorship, where the starving proles labour to surrvive while a ruling class lives it up above them)
9
A Briton in the '80's: Invents the definition of Meme A [fake] Briton in 2003: makes Memes an imprisonable offence Ironic
9
Nope. Nobody can say I (a Brit') have anything significant in common with [for instance] a Spaniard or a Romanian. A lot of 'em are our oldest enemies, and the rest for the most part the sort of friends that make you prefer your enemies 😅. Not to mention the EU was founded on the fallacy that ""european"" was some sort of coherent identity; it isn't, it never was and never will be. Now; various countries in the region adopting a common front against the swarms of scroungers; there's something to be positively associated [but not absorbed] upon.
8
@scottydog9997 Then we disagree. I know there's truth in [what I call] The Matilda Effect (where in spite of being born to one or two bad parents, the kid turns out an upstanding member of society), because I've observed it myself; several times. I've also observed the opposite; a child that grew up with a positive family background, yet turned out a monster. (two such examples being relations of mine) This is the great gamble I think of Parenthood: your kid might turn out a paragon of virtue; a worthless wastral; the next Stalin or something inbetween all three: all the parents [biological or adopted] can do is their best to ensure a positive outcome. I've also seen people do astoundingly selfless things for other's they've never met before... while a blood relation can stab you in the back after nearly 30 years. I'm not a statician or a psycologist; but there's still I think a lot of thought provoking ground to state that the Sins of the Father/Mother notion is a myth.

As Megatron would say: Excellent; Yessss
6
Yup. A bit like how aomebody once said that if all the anti-aircraft missiles ever launched had hit home; every aircraft in history would have been shot down several times over.

"I hate Starburst~" - Rigel XVI
6
PRC: "Eiii ham Superpowah!!" The 2nd Credit Crunch: "Hahaha...go back to poverty" Sooner or later, the Yuan will run out of tricks, just as the Yen did in the '90's.
6
Well put. Tis best to respond to such ""people"" with "You're god damn right I am" 😏
6
The corrupt Judges & Lawyers should be on our list too, for prosecution.
6
A pity also that her passport wasn't revoked after she left... we'd be minus one NPC.
6
Japan: "Ahem, Britain-san; just use this..." points to Gallows "You invented it. Works really well too. We get rid of all our worst criminals this way."
6
Enoch Powell was correct re' the EEC (EU) and US-UK relations too, as well as Northern-Ireland, where he was a popular MP for decades. He's mostly remembered for immigration though. "I was not elected to this Soveriegn Parliament (of Great Britain), to see its authority diluted, nor transferred."
5
Some of them are probably French; so... yeah XD.
5
Some food for thought: Immigrants to the USA [regardless of legality] can never run for the Presidency, so it's not a massive leap to block Immigrants from voting until [for instance] 10 years after they entered the country. Illegal Immigrants should be barred from voting for life, as they've broken the law by default, by entering the country illegally. That, and other options for a Republican administration that could be instigated, would use the law to pull the Imported Voters stool out from under the opposition's feet 😌👌 .
5
^×2 Nah. The Left are clearly both the instigators and the most morally torpid in this matter. That; and nobody sane defends the ediface of a confirmed nonce.
5
Brilliance XD
5
Precisely. Leftie: "I DEMAND TO BE TAKEN SERIOUSLY!¡!¡!" Sane people: so I started laughing
5
@amethystwyvern Huh, so she either has a heart of iron, or was award winning in some way XD.
5
Some Men* evidently -_- . (depending on the definition of "Man")
5
Aye. Those in the 1990's whom said [and were still allowed to at the time] the gay movement were kiddy fiddlers in waiting seem to have been proved prophetic in their assessment. Only under Bliarism did being non-straight gain the present day level of religion'esque untouchability from normal criticism. (prior thereto it'd been legal to be non-straight and male since the '70's; it just wasn't encouraged)
4
@ryanholland6750 mild spoilers Well considering he is basically an angel of purgatory, he's seen enough sinful irishmen to know XD In the context of the episode though: Hunt takes pride in being an arse to anyone who chats shit at him. The episode after all does depict perfectly the mind of Chip on the shoulder griping, that's held many an irish community back over the years. (I am of gaelic stock; holding grudges [often over minor things] is in our nature... and it's not a particularly healthy way to live; I doubt most non-gaelic people have to try & chill day to day as much as I do XD)
4
A good father is worth more than words can define. As the son of a single mother (unfaithful father), I know what the lack of a father results in particularly well. I certainly would have been less lost and indecisive as a teenager with a dad, than I was without one. My abusive [and now disowned] uncle also wouldn't have had half the oppotunities he got / would be dead now for it. Still: Knowing what I do now, I use my failure of a father as a yardstick of what to be better than. (to be a faithful and virtuous example to others, not a philanderer constantly living in sin)
4
The grand irony of the wokewaffe substituting man with person , is that you can't say or type person without son XD.
4
Yup. Misandrists ("Feminists") hate children, as that means... there is a reason why society has manly Men!. Seriously: Western Society should just assert "If you call yourself a feminist: shut up, and grow up". (at least if we don't want to keep losing to the Arab world in terms of high birth & low divorce rates)
4
^ Misandrist drone detected XD
4
Well said. People will be people whether being non-straight is promoted or not... but Kids are Kids; no matter what the degenerate lefties claim.
4
Ironically this would be an oppotunity to put most of our fallow farmland back under the plow (alongwith other countries) to take up the slack, if our politicians were at all competent. Then again the same is true of energy... only there our politicians are also insane.
4
And like all good jokes, it's rooted in precident rich political fact :D .
4
The Party of Slavery has been busy... they might as well rename themselves to the Autocrat Party (or perhaps Party of Evil ) at this point XD .
4
Well he's not wrong.
4
Yup. Female porn' preferences can make for hilarious reading.
4
"Manga romance is simple" I dunno about that. Reality is stranger than fiction... but Manga at its best is almost as strange XD
