  4. It's on the student, contingent on the age ofc. The student choosing not to buckle up is different from the student not having the option to buckle up.

  8. ​@DecrepitBiden I took Greyhound all throughout college. They definitely have seatbelts. My mother made us buckle up before she would even start the car.

  9. Since my brother and I outgrew booster seats, the first thing we do in ANY vehicle (that has a seat belt ofc) is buckle up...😐 Choosing not to use a seat belt is not the same as not having the option to use one.
