  1. This company is known in the industry for defrauding people and participating in shady business practices. He gets away with it by working under DBAs and opening new companies. This isn't hi only run-in.

  3. They probably didn't know he was a convicted felon at first. Most people don't run background checks on the individual owners before they hire a business for their wedding. Some people never even meet the owner and still receive the good and services.

  5. I'm in the industry. He just starts new companies after he's destroyed the reputation of his old ones.

  6. Unless the money was already used on a product that was non-refundable (ex: non-returnable SD cards) then there should've been a refund. I am in this industry. He's defrauded tons of people. He gets around by closing his companies then opening new ones.
