  3. That's NOT how this works... Just because they hire you as a plus size dancer, doesn't give you leeway to gain any amount of weight that you want. If they hire you at 190 pounds they purchased your expensive costume to fit your 190 pound body. If you balloon up to 250 pounds in a short period of time, who pays for your costume to constantly be remade? There's no way you have the same endurance, stamina, performance at 250 as you did when they hired you at 190.

  7. Lizzo is worth $40 million. The plaintiffs are barely worth $40k. Lizzo can drag this out for years; the plaintiffs can't afford to do that.
