  9. The frequency of the hearings changed, but she wasn't aware. It could've been a clerical/administrative error or a misunderstanding/miscommunication. In the years since 2019 she's been showing up to her hearings as scheduled. If the missed 2019 hearing were so important why wait 5.5 years to deport her rather than doing it in 2019 when she missed the hearing? (Can't blame that one on Biden.) "Where's the empathy for us?" What empathy do you need?? 🙄🤨😒

During that time, it was changed to every 6 months, but there was obviously some sort of miscommunication/misunderstanding, which is what resulted in the missed appointment. (It could've been something as simple as a change of address, not receiving the mail, etc.) The woman literally got picked up during her regular check in that she was self reporting to and they reached back several years to find something to arrest her on. I'm not even a fan of the way immigration has been going, but I gotta call a Spade a Spade.

She's shown up to her subsequent appointments, was working to support herself, and had no criminal history. 🤨 An immigrant learning English is no more of a requirement than it is for you to become fluent in a Native American dialect to maintain your birthright citizenship. 😐 Which Native American language have you learned in an effort to "assimilate" into their land/country? 👀

  33. I've lived in South Florida for several decades now. Thwy weren't always liek this. When no one is held accountable for overseeing HOA funds and ensuring repairs are done but the residents are responsible for continuing to pay HOA fees, this will happen.
