  6. Whether we agree with their union or not, to say that "talking on the phone is not a relationship" is silly. A relationship is defined by connection, and a connection doesn't require people to live together. There are married couples who live together that don't have a relationship. That said, she should probably leave inmates alone.

  10. Yes, actually, they are given that sentence easily. The only requirements are for you to have been convicted of a certain degree of felony determined by your state, for your state to have the death penalty, and for the jury or judge to opt for the death penalty.
