It's not certified nor insured. The industry is unregulated so insurance is unrealistic. They also sign a waiver in the event that death occurs, so they were made aware of the risks. The waters they were diving in are international waters, so the maritime law is a bit of a gray area.

Lol, no. The search team does NOT owe the families anything. When 100+ migrants drowned near Greece 2 weeks ago, were their families owed a thorough search? Bc they DID NOT get one...🫠
