  2. The aunt was a jackass. Your cousin/nephew runs into your arms and you accidentally end up getting injured and you try to sue?? WHILE living on the UPPER EAST SIDE of Manhattan, one of the wealthiest zip codes in the country? She thought she found a sucker and tried to lick it, but the insurance company didnt pay out ( as they shouldn't have.)

  3. In Miami a Black doctor was also sued for "breaking into his own car." He was literally almost crying on the sidewalk when the police were done with him.

  4. Her nephew, a child, chose to run up to her and jump into her arms as most children do. If you get hurt then that's understandable, but it's ridiculous to sue because of an embrace with a relative. No company should pay that out.
