  2. This animation is about wage theft. It's clear that OT is not offered when employees come in early. So basically, the employer still gets a full 8 hour work day from the employee while getting to have their meeting and not having to pay for it. News Flash: The employees who worked their full shift are STILL at the bottom of the totem pole cleaning toilets and not getting desired hours. Why, as an employee, would you ever agree to that?

  6. Anything over 40 hrs for hourly workers is OT. $33 x 1.5 is $49.50 hr, NOT $27ish hr. That is a MASSIVE paycut. They tried it. 🥴
