  2. They weren't crossing at the crosswalk. The car was driving like it was supposed to at the speed it was supposed to be going. Had they intended to hit anyone I'm sure they passed plenty of people before they got them.

  7. Finch is an idiot, but he wasn't the driver so slowing down for people isn't on him. You're supposed to cross at crosswalks and cars are supposed to be able to drive on the street. The couple did not cross where they were supposed to so not slowing down goes out the window. He didn't shoot Ashlee intentionally but the case can be made that ahe was her boyfriend's accomplice since she was holding a weapon for him, even while they were in a bar, that he legally couldn't own.
