  5. They had NO PLAN for just in case the escape actually worked. Imagine wearing the same jacket that you stole from one of the guards? 😫

  6. He wouldn't have been able to cope with maneuvering through the real world so he gave up. On top of that, he had no real plan and no connections in Canada. When you're that type of convict you've spent more time in jail than in the free world.

  7.  @kamrul828  What benefit does freedom have to a person who has probably spent at least half of their life in prison and views it as "home"? He was not comfortable out in the free world and he probably wouldn't have been comfortable always having to do what it takes to live on the run. If you set a caged bird free, it'll want to fly right back to the cage. The devil you know is better than the devil you don't know.
