  1. You're coping. When you eat dirt long enough it starts to taste like steak. Being an introvert is one thing, but avoiding social circles because you can't navigate them is another. The common denominator throughout your social interactions is you. I'd recommend getting a therapist or life coach to help you get to the root of the problem and navigate social settings better.
