  15.  @JTTRAX_33.  this is correct, even with weaker opioids like heroine and opium, it took death sentences and wars to get clean. Many many repeated case studies in history books. Fentanyl is also much more potent than any of those opioids in the past. Chances of rehab’ing them is like palliative care/hospice against cancer.
