  1. I sometimes consume meal replacements, having my reasons, but I also prepare many meals from scratch. Today it was a stew from fresh vegetables and chicken stomachs (not available in general supermarkets), addding frozen parsley greens at the end. With egg noodles, bought. Ddelicious.
