  1. Sinking empty tanker... how many litres of oil is still in there? I don't expect them to make its storage squeeky clean after emptying. I guess it would still cause a significant pollution, on top of the one there already is.

  2. RuSSia is already running out of manpower. Yes, it still can generate new cannon fodder, also by luring poor foreigners like it tried it in Cuba, Nepal or newly in India, but inside the country it is already having shortages of men to run the economy. IT specialists, maintenance workers familiar with various machines, doctors and surgeons... brain drain has been going on for a while. Alcoholism and other often trivial but untreated conditions mean the generated cannon fodder is of rather poor quality.
