  1. It isn't only about 'saving the planet', but also saving ourselves. The fossil hydrocarbons will once run out and then what? Pouring vodka into the tanks? Monocultures grown for biofuel already are endangering our food production and security if we keep going as we have been going. What alternative do we have than to figure out how to power our vehicles without fossils?
