  2.  @plumage.mp4  In the video it was also explained how doing it in large amounts in factories with cheaper labour makes the processing more cost effective. And that the majority of this preserved fruit is probably consumed in Asia, only small amount making it to the USA. It would be more costly if it was processed in the USA for the USA market on the smaller scale.
