  1. Was it before or after she privatised the water supply and management? I can see why she ditched the responsibility, not to be questioned about it again and let people be angry on someone else.

Water companies got a debt free asset, accrued billions in debt over the decades, while siphoning billions overseas into private accounts, and we are now having raw sewage poured into the rivers and on the beaches while asked to pay 50% more on bills to achieve what they neglected for all those years. Dirty man of Europe is back, and poorer on top of it.
