  1. There are more subtle scams. Like deleteme claims to remove your data from internet, for like a tenner per month... but they don't tell you that data brokers aren't the only ones gathering your data, but various institutions must keep your data for a certain time (some until you die) and those also get breached and hackers trading your data on the dark web (also internet), where these data removal services have no reach. Pure scam, heavily promoted and fooling people, even on cyber security channels. Money don't stink, right?
