All Ukraine needs is the promised Lend-lease that is probably coming in September or October. Until then they can try to prepare the soil for an attack with their limited resources, i.e. depriving the enemy of their resources and cutting them off, which has already happened. Some reports say that the enemy officials started to flee Kherson because even they know what is happening and what will be coming. And they don't care about the cannon fodder they pulled into now rather isolated Kherson area. They will push on them to keep fighting to their last breath, and when all the ammo is depleted, they will probably start throwing empty vodka bottles towards the UA army as the last resort before they are completely finished there.
