  1. What happened to the Russian resistance group? They didn't disappear to non-existence. They are active and cause damage day in and day out. Don't forget about those.

  2. Probably got stolen and sold on the black market (that air defence, they also stole dashboard equipment from one of the doomsday plane previously). Or the malchik on duty got drunk to oblivion.
