  1. A colleague once showed me his purse with cash from betting on football. I don't follow sports but after a brief explanation I started betting on football via an app. I gave myself £100 limit: if I lose this amount of my own money, I quit. It was exciting. I won and I lost. Won and lost. Reaching my limit I deleted the app and never looked back. I now work in a different job.
