  1. Why do you need to update anything when the package is on the way? I even questioned an email from our department a couple times, whether it was genuine... I am sure they didn't mind, when falling for scams is so easy. Me older non tecchy colleague did click on a link and the IT went berserk. They knew very shortly about it.

  2. Is this related to the oracle like SGD that after retiring the OSGD I can no longer work over two screens when remotely accessing the drives of my organisation? It was such a breeze previously and suddenly I am restricted to just one screen when I need to work on like 8 windows.
