One basic question: how is this propaganda in the west going to help Russians win the war? The western officials already agreed they are going to support Ukraine all the way, give it all it needs, within the production capabilities... West doesn't have such a stock of stale soviet shells and missiles and rusty outdated weaponry as Russia has, many of them failing and now having difficulties to staff this nonsense. IMO it is just losers trying to cash in on this situation and that's it.
