  1. A question: how many of those remaining 6 planes are actually functional? Rus has been known for canibalising their vehicles for lacking spare parts for repair and maintenance... And remembering that story, from the earlier stages of this madness, how navigation systems were stolen from a Kremlin's doomsday plane... is it the same stuff as this one?   2. As you show the map of Africa, one thing: Some of those Arabic speaking nations are in a constant conflict with each other. Now imagine if they had nukes. Those in broken up Russia will have some.
