  1. Living in Britain, what are those property taxes for? Do you own it with the land or you don't? At most we pay a tax when we sell/buy or inherit a certain value and that is one-off payment. Then paying for local services, but those prices you have for taxes are ridiculously high. Fleeced like cows. Do you also pay for council services on top of that or do they include those payments? like bins emptied, fire brigade, etc.
