Who is chasing you? Slow down, mate, I said it before: you are either too fast, or after slowing down to 75% you sound like drunk. Also, asking 'how are you' every time and not expecting an answer is quite strange in Europe, but I understand that in other parts of the world it is part of Hello. It just doesn't make sense.

To the topic: I have had my own experience with Samsung's 'authorised' service. A phone went dead after upgrading Android. I sent it to such centre. They replied because there was a tiny dent in the bottom of the screen, they can only fix my phone after I agree with replacement of the screen (almost the price of the phone I paid, an older model on the market). There was no way around. And this happened within 6 months warranty period. I ended up with broken phone that worked for months from falling down and having that dent, just the software upgrade broke it. And never bought Samsung device again. I will buy anything, but Samsung. And that knowing that Samsung has its components in almost any other brands.
