Now explain to me how a horticultural company can fit 1000 litres of bark mulch, large nuggets like my palm, into 730 litres bag and call it an industry standard, because their calibration by weight in a 20 litre pot, extrapolated 50x enabled them to do it? They took a dumpy bag 90x90x90 cm, filed it up to 15-20 cm below the brim and dropped it in front of my house as 1000 litres bulk bag, saying it is OK. They have abot 20 depos all across England. How many customers they cheated like this? The industry standard for bulk (1000 litres or 1m^3) is delivering it in a bag 90x90x120cm. But these will deny and deny. Reported them already and asked my bank for a partial refund of 27% which they actioned already.
